Lightweight Quality
This luggage is truly lightweight. Spouse has had an *airplane set* (carry-on suitcase and under-seat duo) for a couple of months and he appreciates the quality--lots of zippered compartments, sturdy construction, easy to maneuver and schlep for his weekly work-related trips He's also pleased with the dark burgundy color. So far, so good.Now I have a mocha *airplane set*. Haven't flown in years, but these pieces should be great for train and automobile travel as well as weekends with the grandkids. First car trip coming soon--will update.UPDATE: Three trips with my luggage now and I'm not disappointed. Love the weight, manueverability, and especially all the zippered compartments. Wipes clean with damp cloth. Great purchase, recommended.

Love how light it is
There was nothing wrong with my old luggage except it was very heavy. I initially bought the medium-sized suitcase because of airline weight limits. I was so impressed with it, I ordered the Carry On and tote bag. As a senior citizen, I started checking even my carry on because the thought of lifting it to the overhead bin was daunting. I haven't used them yet, but I am definitely looking forward to my next trip!

Disappointing for such a lauded brand
The small case doesn’t fit tight on top of the carry on, so it causes the whole thing to topple forward. The Velcro just doesn’t hold the weight of a packed bag. And compared to my friend’s new Away roller bag, the wheels were less stable. Really wish I’d sprung for a better set, but I wouldn’t have known without using the set.
