We go for daily 2-3 mile walks and this retractable leash has held up well after a month of daily use. The lockable feature is super easy to use and it holds well, no slippage. Well designed and lite-weight, comfortable to carry. Would purchase again.

Good leash. Someone else said it’s noisy and it is. You can hear the cord wrapping back up inside whenever the pup moves but I’m not too picky with that stuff. The leash itself feels nice and sturdy and the lock mechanism is easy to press yet sturdy. It doesn’t tangle easily either which is great. For the price, I’d say this is a solid leash, especially for how long it is!

I used this to walk a 21 pound dog less than 2 blocks when the locking mechanism broke. You can hear the piece of plastic that must have broke off rattling around inside the case. I did like the nice wide tape used for the line. The ease of use was good. However the plastic locking mechanism seems quite flimsy and broke very easily. It seemed a good price but you get what you pay for. Had a similar retractable leash for over 2 years of daily walking. The lead line was wearing out so I ordered one to replace it before it broke. Back to using the one that is wearing out. Very disappointed. Cost me almost as much as the leash to return this.

Return spring is so weak it leaves the leash all over the ground for dog to get tangled in.
