Premesso che viste le dimensioni è utile per macinare quantità di carne che sono sufficienti per una famiglia media di 4/5 persone (diciamo 1kg) in relativamente poco tempo a meno che non abbiate voglia di stare 4 ore a girare la manovella. Ho letto di alcuni che lamentavano la rottura del supporto, questo succede se si cerca di serrare a morte l'attrezzo provocando la rottura che ho visto in alcune recensioni, personalmente frapponendo un tagliere ho trovato il giusto spessore per far stare fermo il tutto. Requisito fondamentale per ottenere un buon risultato è tagliare la carne a bocconcini e metterla dentro non tutta insieme pressando con l'attrezzo ma infilandola poco alla volta o servirà troppa forza per girare la manovella col risultato di dover serrare troppo la vite, se siete su un tavolo si sposta pure quello, quindi poco per volta si otterrà massima resa con minimo sforzo. La carne viene davvero perfetta (per le mie esigenze ovviamente) ho provato con pollo ed alcune carni rosse, davvero ben macinata alla prima passata. Per la pulizia ci vogliono 5 minuti, si smonta completamente e si lava a mano, lo lascio asciugare sul lavandino ed è perfetto. Non ho provato a fare biscotti ma a breve proverò, mi incuriosisce provare gli accessori inclusi. Se non avete richieste da macelleria industriale è davvero ottimo.
