Easy to use
It works better than advertised. A lot better than having to install the Harley WHIM.

Must be turned off for auto on and off to work
No we’re does it tell you the unit must be turned off for auto on and off with bike power to work. 2020 Roadglide. So far so good. Going to get the harness from Seira Electronics to mount it in the tourpack

Wireless (Bluetooth) Connection to your Harley Infotainment System
This is an easily installed wireless connection to your Harley Davidson Infotainment System that works with several different Sena headsets. It fully charges in about two hours and easily last for a day of use. IF necessary, it can be recharged while on the go. It also has a connection to attach an MP3 (or similar) player to for continued entertainment while on the road. So far, it has worked very well in delivering wireless (GPS) directions and music to it's Sena headset.

Don’t bother
You can hear your own voice when talking o the phone or through the bike’s onboard Communication channel. One time the big blue light lit up and stayed on even with the switch off. Put it on a charger and over night it corrected itself. The other one we bought did the same thing but it will not correct itself. We tried factory reset etc. but it’s still on with the switch off and is not able. First Sena Product I’ve bought that’s junk.

Money returned for item that will not operate as described
Product advertised as Bluetooth for Harley. Does not work on flhtk 2019 Harley. Sena or Harley has blocked unit from pairing with new bikes. Tried two different freewires. Boombox on Harley finds freewire but will not pair.Would like my money returned.
