How does it fit the mx master 3 as the 2s is different shape?

It doesn't. In fact it'll damage the microswitches over time as it's too tight. Don't go there...

I work with this mouse on my Mac book Pro and works perfectly. Not sure about iMac.

I have an Mx master 2s and it is perfect for that if the thee is the same size and heometry as mine then it will.
