Fabulous Kittens
When we first picked out Merrick, we had discovered that our current cat food was subpar, and Merrick was what I found to be the best. We have three kittens who are all rescues, including one from a farm who was not in a very good position health wise. He has completely transformed since we got him, and is a happy and healthy kitten currently. We attribute a lot of that to his food. He filled out quickly (he is pictured, 8 weeks and 7 months) and his fur changed from wiry to soft and silky. All three of our kittens are healthy; the vet told us they look fabulous, likes Merrick as a brand and that many clients use Merrick.

Seems to work for sensitive tummies!
This is the only food my elderly cat consistently keeps down. I know it's for kittens, but we have tried too many others to want to continue trying. Two years ago she started vomiting a lot and she lost 1/4 of her body weight. Vet had us try rx wet food of various types of meat. Tried bland stuff like baby food, brown rice and shredded plain chicken. With every option, she either wouldn't eat enough or it would cause her to throw up. And that was with drugs to help with the nausea. This went on for a month plus. But at some point she found out where we were keeping this kitten food that we were giving our young cat, and she started sneaking it. It took a week for us to figure out how she was gaining weight while continuing to pick at the food we were giving her. So we kept monitoring her, and no vomiting. She's been on it for 2 years and is still maintaining her weight. Unfortunately our other cat is getting a pretty big back end staying on kitten food for so long, but our vet agrees that we should keep going with whatever is working, even if it was unexpected and not 100% ideal.Of course, this is just anecdotal, but just wanted to share our experience in case it helps someone else!

A+ Kitten Food!
My kitten has been eating this food for about 4 months now and absolutely loves it. No complaints here. Easy for him to digest and stools are not stinky.

Smelly Cats No More
I first fed my kittens "Purina ONE Healthy Kitten Formula" (in addition to canned food) because that was what they were eating before I adopted them. Though my kittens were playful and affectionate, they were also very stinky due to excessive flatulence. I suspect the soy and grain products in the Purina kibble were contributing to this problem. After upgrading to Merrick's soy and grain-free "Purrfect Bistro" kibble, their flatulence subsided and I'm enjoying their cuddles much more! They're playful growing boys with no digestive problems since I made the switch. I think this product is worth the extra money.
