J'hésitais à me procurer celui-ci (ayant déjà le rumble roller standard depuis des années), mais le travail avec le Gator est different. Il fonctionne particulièrement bien pour moi sur les ischios/quad/mollets pour bien "dégrossir" le travail avant de passer à l'autre rouleau.

Fixed some major multi-decade back issues
I used a generic foam roller and it really helped my lower back issues. But, I wanted a better quality roller and I was intrigued by the small hexagonal 'patented' nubs that cover this roller. The first time I used it my mid-back region looked like I was run over by an all terrain tires - however, it felt GREAT!! The tire tracks were only a one-time thing (maybe old stale blood?) and after three months of use, I have never felt better. I never realized that my legs and lower back get incredibly tight. It didn't matter how much water I drank, how much stretching I did, or daily morning abdominal crunches or even weekly massages... it wasn't until I got this roller did anything help my constant lower back pain. It's also great on the muscles behind the shoulder and slightly under the arm (rotator cuff muscles?). If you have a firm couch, put the roller vertically between the back of the shoulder muscle where it meets the back, right behind the armpit. Then roll it back and forth. Also, to get the back of the calves, put the roller on a table and blast away on the calves. Stuck, tight and irritated muscles don't stand a chance against this thing.
