Used it to connect my helmet mount to my insta 360 camera and it works like a charm locking in harder than Russel Casse before saving the world on that one 4th of July. Big Dog approved

Have several GoPros and started using HSU brand aluminum adapters and now will only buy/use HSU brand.Great for making precise camera position adjustments and able to tighten down adapter well since aluminum (no more plastic adapters).Will purchase more HSU adapters as needed.

Perfect setup for my paddle board and tripod. Eat on and off with the action camera and can't beat the price. Would definitely get again if necessary

I ordered this connector for one purpose, and that was to connect a Sennheiser MKE 400 Camera-Mount Shotgun Microphone to a GoPro Hero 11 Mini. Since the Hero 11 mini has a mounting setup on the back of the camera, I can attach the microphone to this HSU Aluminum Camera Tripod Mount Adapter and connect that to an extender, since the HSU is a little too short for the microphone to clear the top of the camera. I plan to use the GoPro Hero 11 Mini to record my kids' school orchestra concerts. There are two things that I'm hoping this set up will help me achieve. 1) I hope to keep out a lot of the extraneous noise in the audience, 2) I want to avoid being "That" guy that records with the screen on the whole time distracting all those behind me in the seats. The GoPro Mini should be able to record in high definition, with decent external audio, and not be as annoying to those behind me. I'll let the review readers know how this works out in the future.
