I have an iPod but am having issues with it so I thought I would try this, because I was not about to shell out a couple hundred dollars for another iPod LOL. Great price, and it was really easy to transfer my music to it. I did have an issue with Amazon Music not loading, but I contacted the seller, and the issue was resolved. Great customer service.

I ordered this product twice.The first one initally connected to my WIFI network but when I tried to login into the Audible and then Kindell apps it would not log me into my accounts. The WIFI would no longer connect even though the devices that were in the house had no problen connecting and continued to operate normally.After several hours of trying to trouble shoot the problem I had to give up and return the unit for a replacement.The replacement arrived and did connect to the WIFI and I was able to connect to my Audible and Kindel accounts without a problem. I downloaded Audible and Kindell books without a problem. However the 16GB of internal memory was soon filled up.Both MP3 players had arrived with a 256GB SD card installed however what was not happening was the downloaded books were not being installed to the SD card but were in fact being storred on the internal 16 GB storage. The internal system memory got filled and everything came to a screaching halt.My attempts to get somekind of tech support were not successful. The manual that came with both MP3 players was printed in such a small font that it could not be read, I went online and did find a PDF version that once printed out could be read without squinting my eyes. How ever it provided no information that could solve the problem.In the manual there was a diagram of the control buttons and availlel ports on the unit and showed a "Recording Hole" but when reading the text it was referred to as a "Reset Hole". The text said that the player could be reset and "restarted by pressing down the hole button with a reset needle". There was one thing wrong with that statement, there was NO hole where it was indicated. In neither unit that I received was there a "reset hole" as indicated by the manual.So after another 5 hours of trouble shooting the replacement MP3 player I decided to send it back to Amazon along with the carrying case that was recommended by Amazon.This MP3 player was made in China so I guess I got what I paid too much for. A product that never worked as advertised with a tiny manual that could not be read which told you nothing of value and with no tech support that you could call or email.A Hard Lesson Learned

Update: shortly after my view, customer service reached out and arranged for a replacement to be sent, which was very nifty. The new one seems to be working okay.Bought this as a gift for my son to listen to music. When it worked, it was great. However, he's only used it maybe 3 times, we haven't been able to get it to charge since. We've tried all manner of chargers, including the one that game with it. The port doesn't seem to be damaged.So now, it's just a useless, moderately expensive brick. Such a waste.

This player has done the job I've wanted a mp3 to do when a cellphone is not to be used on work floor. Having a mobile hotspot device allows me to be able to stream music and videos. Once you are able to figure out how to gain access to the Google play store from your pc or apple device you will be able to load apps onto this device as if it is a cellphone granted the app is compatible. Heads up hulu and Disney plus are not. However other streaming sites work. Gives me the opportunity to view them as long as the device is connected to wifi. If you are tech person you'll see the benefit of this. I only can suggest this product if you find the time to unlock the potential of this device. Put it this way, I see this as my second smart device when I'm not allowed access to my smart phone... (Kids you should know what I mean) by the way you can load a internet browser from the play store

Absolutely NOT worth the money !! No better than $30-40 music players !! Don’t waste your money on this !! You can log into your Google account but that is it !! You can’t download Google Play Store or for that case any apps at all — you’re stuck with the few apps it comes with ( and only 7 apps are music apps and 2 of them only work if you pay for them)!! Touch screen not very responsive to touch — have to press hard and for several seconds to open the app up !! Earphones are mediocre at best —way too much bass and barely enough volume !! Charges slower than most and battery charge rapidly runs out !! Took 3.5 months to get here from China !! Takes a while to go from one app to another !! Just very slow all around!! The music player from Temu is INFINITELY better — it’s really like a mini tablet and can download numerous apps from Google Play Store as well as get emails and surf the web and all for the same price !! Beats this piece of crap hands down !!

For it being almost 2023 and this being 100 bucks you'd think they would be able to make this thing with a decent battery life but it doesn't. It sucks. It won't even hold a charge if you power it off. Charged it to 100% the night before Christmas Eve, and in the AM it was completely dead. It was powered off.Edited to add: company was quick to respond and send another, which is great but tye product still is trash. No battery life, and after a month it was turned on one day to not have apps on it.....like it was wiped. Don't waste your money.

Love the size. It fits in most any pocket. Comes with the case and 128g SD card. Mine did have a few issues and the customer support is EXCELLENT! Took care of all the issues FAST! Did I mention how good it sounds? It plays my HD Audio library. Hard to find a better Music Player for the price and it also plays Audio Books with no issues.Thank You!
