I absolutely love my Rokform case! My favorite part is how well the locking mechanism works with several of the mounts they have. I ride my bike a ton and love the bike mount! I also use it on my motorcycle, very solid. I actually find the magnet to not only be super strong but more useful than I anticipated. I have seen the negative reviews on wireless charging and I always plugin directly so I cant speak to that but the magnet and locking mechanism are solid! Lastly I'm a person that has had to replace my screen on old phones with other cases because of dropping it, I have dropped mine several times in the Rokform case, zero issues!

The quality of this case is beyond bad. I had the thing for 40 days, and the rubber ring surrounding the MagSafe magnets came off, exposing the bare magnets beneath.I sent a message to Rokform, requesting a refund per their 60-day return policy. But I said that if they couldn’t do that, because I know those are usually marketing BS they get around, that I’d at least like a replacement case so I didn’t have to look at the broken one.They responded days later, completely ignoring my request for a refund, and simply said that they’d sent me a replacement.I opened the mailbox today, found their package, and they didn’t send me a replacement case; they sent me a STICKER! A literal vinyl sticker.I guess I’m supposed to slap this shoddy thing onto the back of the case and call it fixed. The original rubber ring didn’t last 40 days, but they think that a sticker is going to solve the problem.This case was $70, making it one of the most expensive phone cases you can buy. I would assume that either means that the case is high quality, the refund/replacements are fast and easy, or that the customer service is top-notch. NONE of these things are true.In a world with 10,000 phone case options, literally buy anything else. Worst-case scenario, the phone case is terrible, and the customer service is worse, and even then, you’ll still come out ahead because you didn’t give this wannabe high-end company $70.

Check it out and let me know if it’s good to post or if there’s anything I should add… I recently purchased the iPhone 15 ProMax Crystal phone case and it has absolutely exceeded my expectations! The industrial grade magnets are a game changer. My phone snaps onto magnetic surfaces with a solid grip that's at least three times stronger than any case I've ever used before. But it's not just about the magnets for me… The military grade protection is real peace of mind. I've accidentally dropped my phone a few times already and the reinforced corners did their job to perfection; no damage, not even a scratch.

I’ve had Rokform cases on my last few iPhones and this might be the last one I buy. I’ve only had this case a couple of months and the protective coating over the magnets is already coming off. In fact, it has already pulled off the mag-safe ring on the back. Also, I have a hard time getting it to charge on my mag-safe chargers.

This is the second one I’ve bought. Strong yet slim. Magnetics are strong. All there products are well made.

I love the magnetic ability of this case. I camp in my van and I can easily attach my phone to the side of my van when going inside so I do not need to carry it with me back and forth and makes it really easy to find. That being said- there is a rubber ring that is attached to the outside of the case around the magnet disc that loosens way too easily. I do also place my cell phone in my back pocket when traveling and the adhesive has been loosened by placing the phone in my pocket and no longer sticks to the case. The rubber keeps the phone from sliding off of surfaces it is set on. rokform should somehow permanently attach this rubber disc to the case to avoid it from peeling off the case. If it weren't for this malfunction- I would rate it 5 stars.

Great case. I love this case. However the only gripe I have with this case is the fact that the new IPhone 15 pro max cases are not compatible with any MagSafe chargers. Even official Apple MagSafe products let alone aftermarket MagSafe products. If it wasn’t for this one issue this would be almost the perfect case in my opinion.

I’ve had these cases for years and it’s honestly a crap shoot if it will work with the Apples MagSafe charger. Does not matter how you align the two it simply will not charge. $70 for a phone case is steep but when it does not work as advertised it’s not worth half the price!! Which is a shame because when working in my shop I use the magnet on the case to keep my phone out of harms way. Total bust.

For the last 7/8 years I’ve always bough a Rokform case whenever upgrading phones.I received my new Rokform case today and it looked to already have been used with some scuffs/scratches on the case. Also, with me owning a MagSafe charger from my previous iPhone, this also having “MagSafe capability” as my last rokform also did I though it would be great to have a new one. Unfortunately, this case is not MagSafe capable, at least not with the Apple MagSafe charger. For this reason, I’ll be returning and not ordering a new one until they’ve resolved this issue.I can’t fault Rokform build quality and durability, so if the MagSafe issue isn’t a problem then I would recommend this case, but if it is, don’t buy this case.

Unlike previous version of the Rokform cases, the iPhone15 Pro Max case has rubber over the rear magnetic fixtures. After 3-4 months of use these rubber covers are slipping off. Not the usual quality I expect from Rokform.

Case not MagSafe only stay connected forSeconds then MagSafe keeps disconnecting even when plug isn’t in the centre says MagSafe but won’t connect to my mophie wireless charger or official Apple wireless charger also scratched as soon as phone put in it

Pricy and not worth for this price..MagSafe and “extra magnet” at the back, the rubber got loose already after 2 weeks.. it looks like poor quality…
