Va Va Voom Garlic & Dill Seasoning, 1.9 oz

I mixed this with a combination of vegan cream cheese and vegan sour cream to make a terrific dip for chips and veggies.

it was very tasty, used it for pickling and as a topping on green bean casserole. However the jar is VERY SMALL for 10 bucks.

I love garlic and dill so I was excited to try this seasoning blend, and it definitely delivered! It comes well sealed, with a paper tamper evident seal on the outside and a foil seal on the inside.I followed the directions and used it to make a quick dip, and it was amazing! I just dumped some right into a container of sour cream, added a bit of salt, and let it sit in the fridge for a bit. It was delicious with cucumber sticks but other veggies or chips would be great too.I appreciate that it’s not really salty, which allows me to adjust the salt level to my liking. Some mixes like this are mostly salt with a little bit of spices but this is the reverse. You can see how much garlic and onion and dill is in it. I think it’d be great with chicken or roasted veggies too. Definitely recommend this easy and flavorful spice mix.

There is so much flavor packed into this seasoning. When you pour it, you can see dried pieces of garlic and chopped herbs; I like that it’s chunky enough that you can recognize the ingredients. This does not come with the shaker top that so many dried herbs or seasoning mixes have, so you do need to be a little careful when measuring it out so you won’t dump the whole jar in.So far my favorite use has been to add flavor to baked salmon. Just sprinkle the mix on the raw fish and pop it in the oven, and in a few minutes you’ll have a divinely seasoned piece of fish.
