Bourjois Little Round Pot Blusher 34 Rose D'or, 2.5g, 29192115034

I have been using Bourjois blushers for YEARS. Did you know that they now own Chanel? So you are getting a very high-end style product in terms of quality without the price tag. When I need a new blusher, I’ll sometimes go into Boots and have a look around, but always end up coming out with a Bourjois blusher. I just never see anything else that takes my fancy and ticks all the boxes at the same price these do. I have rated this product with 5 stars as I cannot see any downside to it. I am a low-maintenance girl and love the fact that these blushers all come with their own little brush and mirror. I get on fine with it. I know some people with more expertise will want to use their own, bigger brushes as it is meant to give a better application. However, I just like to slap on my make-up and go and this seems to do the trick fine for me. I just like the brush to be in the case when I need it. The mirror and brush also make this blusher a terrific choice for your handbag or when travelling. The colour range is superb. What a choice! Bourjois are always adding new colours and special editions to the range. Some blushers have a little sheen or glitter to them, others are more matte-looking. It is probably best to see them in-store, really, although at these prices you could also take a chance buying online. The shade I have bought this time is Rose D’Or (translation: Golden Rose) which is perfect for me. It’s a pretty shade of pink, not too deep for my pale skin, and has a subtle shimmer which stops it looking too flat. The blushers are hard-baked so they don’t crumble easily and you just get what you need coming off on the brush. I find I don’t have to tap to shake off excess product. Very economical. In summary, I am a real fan of Bourjois blushers. IMO, they are hard to beat. The packaging is almost too cute for words – that little round box, with its magnetic clasp, built-in mirror and little curved brush is just adorable. The blusher itself is high-quality and long-lasting. The colour choice is extensive. At these high-street chemist prices, you could build up a nice wardrobe of colours to ring the changes. Definitely one to try, even if you are used to higher-priced blushers.

OMG - this is an iconic blusher. The smell is divine and the colour is sooo flattering. The brush is perfectly shaped for applying to the cheeks...it gives a beautiful glow without being overbearing and it's a pleasure every morning putting it on. The smell is honestly BEAUTIFUL. Very French and very chic. I am going to buy a few more to last for the rest of my life (in case they change the formula). Never want to be without this beautiful blusher.

Bourjois blush has been around forever — and I mean forever. One of my earliest memories is watching my grandma dab it on her cheeks, and here I am, 40-ish years later, still dusting the same little round pot on mine. It still has that cute box with the teeny mirror and brush, and that nostalgic scent that instantly transports me back. And yes — it still lasts approximately until the end of time (seriously, one pot could outlive the pyramids). But… we need to talk. While it’s nicely pigmented, it doesn’t seem to hang around on my face all day anymore. And despite buying the same shade for years, this latest one looks noticeably different — lighter, sparklier, and a bit less pigmented overall. It’s like my trusty old friend showed up one day with a new haircut and a different personality. All in all, it’s still a lovely, classic blush and great value for money. But if the quality keeps sliding, I might just be tempted to stray and see what the competition has to offer.

Ho acquistato questo blush della Bourjois (colorazione 34 ) per lo sconto e spinta dalla curiosità di una marca che ho sempre guardato ma mai provato. Solo una parola: wow! Inizialmente il packaging si presenta in maniera tascabile, e si apre quasi come se fosse un portagioie ; all'interno, invece, troviamo il pennellino piccolo ma stupendo, setole morbidissime, quasi come una carezza sulle guance! Consiglio vivamente di usarlo, in quanto la sua incurvatura prende benissimo le guance. Sulla pelle la colorazione non è eccessiva, ma da un senso di " rossore autentico ", come quel tipo di rossore di cui si colorano le guance quando sentiamo un complimento. Insomma, un colore accennato, ma che non manca a farsi notare! La profumazione, invece, richiama le note del borotalco, o meglio, all'odore dei trucchi che c'erano un tempo e che tutte le nostre mamme hanno usato. Questo blush è come catapultarsi indietro nel tempo, sentendosi dentro un carillon! Consigliatissimo.
