These are good and I took them for a while. Small and easy to swallow, which is a big plus for me since I've had trouble with bigger tablets before. Can't fault the quality and a full year's supply for the price is excellent value. I ended up stopping them since I started taking other vitamins that covered the same thing, so I didn't feel the need to continue with these. Nothing wrong with them at all though, would happily recommend.

I selected this specific dosage of Vitamin D3/K2 as I already take a standard multivitamin, and it's not recommended to exceed 4000 IU of Vitamin D per day unless instructed by a Doctor. As such, this is the perfect dose to take alongside my regular multivitamin to get a Vitamin D boost, whilst remaining under that recommended limit. The K2 aids in absorption so it is a nice "double whammy". Priced reasonably for a whole year's supply, and the tablets are very small (about the size of a single sweetcorn or pea) and easy to swallow - nothing like most supplements/vitamins which can often be massive! Obviously I cannot attest to the chemical makeup of the tablet, however I have been taking them daily throughout the grey UK winter as the NHS advises, and have had no issues with energy.

WeightWorld don't offer this size (2000IU) tablet in Vitamin D form in their UK catalogue - I wish they did. In fact, it's difficult to find this measure of D3 in any product in the UK. However, thanks to Amazon, you can get the Spanish version! For a year's supply, this represents very good value for money. Despite being small, they can be a little difficult to swallow as they sometimes get lost in your mouth!

Ich bin mit diesem Vitamin-D-Supplement bisher sehr zufrieden. Die Verpackung ist praktisch und lässt sich gut verstauen. Die Einnahme ist unkompliziert und lässt sich problemlos in den Alltag integrieren. Besonders gut gefällt mir, dass die Dosierung einfach und übersichtlich angegeben ist. Die Kapseln bzw. Tabletten lassen sich gut einnehmen und sind für mich eine praktische Möglichkeit, meine tägliche Vitamin-D-Versorgung zu ergänzen. Auch die Qualität und die Verarbeitung der Verpackung machen einen guten Eindruck. Alles wirkt ordentlich und hochwertig. Die Größe der Packung finde ich ebenfalls praktisch, da man nicht ständig nachbestellen muss. Ich finde das Produkt vor allem deshalb angenehm, weil die Einnahme schnell und unkompliziert ist und man es problemlos in die tägliche Routine einbauen kann. Natürlich ersetzt ein Nahrungsergänzungsmittel keine ausgewogene Ernährung, aber als Ergänzung finde ich es für mich sehr praktisch. Insgesamt bin ich mit dem Kauf zufrieden. La vitamine D3 aide à absorber le calcium, mais c'est la vitamine K2 (sous sa meilleure forme, MK7) qui permet de le diriger vers les os et d'éviter qu'il ne se dépose dans les artères. C'est le duo indispensable ! ​Le format "Micro-comprimés" : Les cachets sont minuscules. Pour ceux qui ont du mal à avaler les grosses gélules de compléments alimentaires, c'est un vrai soulagement. Ça s'avale en une seconde avec un verre d'eau. ​Un an de tranquillité : Le flacon contient 365 comprimés, ce qui correspond à une année entière de supplémentation pour une personne. Le rapport qualité/prix/durée est donc excellent. ​Facile à stocker : Le flacon n'est pas trop grand et protège bien les vitamines de la lumière. ​Mon conseil d'utilisation : ​Les vitamines D et K sont "liposolubles" (elles s'assimilent mieux avec des graisses). Una compressa al giorno rende l’assunzione molto semplice e il flacone dura parecchio. Prima di acquistare, però, considero molto più importante leggere la quantità effettiva di vitamina D3 e K2 per dose che lasciarsi guidare semplicemente dalle scritte frontali. La vitamina D, in particolare, non è un integratore in cui penso abbia senso scegliere automaticamente il dosaggio più alto disponibile. Non utilizzerei nemmeno una recensione Amazon per attribuire al prodotto sensazioni come più energia o maggiore benessere, perché sarebbero estremamente difficili da collegare all’integrazione. Come prodotto valuto quindi soprattutto chiarezza dell’etichetta, praticità e rapporto quantità/prezzo. Formato interessante se il dosaggio corrisponde realmente alle proprie necessità.

Dat is belangrijk want anders kan je lichaam er niet zoveel mee. Verder is MK 7 een actievere en voor het lichaam meer praktische vorm dan MK-4. Zo blijft MK-7 veel langer in je bloed aanwezig (tot 72 uur) dan de variant MK-4 (1 a 2 uur) en heb je er veel minder van nodig. Neem wel de tabletjes in bij een maaltijd die wat vet bevat of neem het bijvoorbeeld gelijktijdig in met visoliecapsules. Dit omdat zowel D3 als K2 vetoplosbaar zijn en dit supplement in tablet vorm wordt aangeboden en niet in een olie bevattende capsulevorm.
