Probably good for a variety of uses, too weak for gun cleaning
The swabs are advertised for a number of different uses, including gun cleaning - this is what I purchased them for. While they are generally good with regard to pointed and absorbent cotton tip, the sticks are too weak and break all the time. There are better, stronger swabs if the use scenario involves applying a minimal force to them.
