The media could not be loaded. I have owned several different cellular trail cameras as well as many Soliom Wi-Fi cameras over the last few years. This one is easily my new favorite. I purchased this cellular camera to use as a security device aka Alpaca Babysitter in my barn, however after using it for several weeks now I know it would also be great as intended for a game/trail camera for wildlife as well.This camera allows me to monitor my barn and animals while I am away which is a huge benefit. I recently made a trip to Alaska and honestly could not have had peace of mind without the Soliom S50 Cellular Camera. With the pan feature for both side to side and up and down it allowed me to check just about every inch of the barn and even outside the barn. I could see the animals in real time, check water and hay levels and just generally make sure they are ok. The video quality has been impressive both day and night and I like the spotlight feature, having sound and being able to talk through the camera. Who wouldn't want to talk to their alpacas through their camera?Additionally, the camera is extremely easy to setup, pretty much ready to go out of the box and much easier than other cellular cameras I have experienced. Speaking of box, the packaging was excellent and arrived quickly. It is solidly built, has a smart design and I even like the camo print. I found the Ucon app to be user friendly and similar to the other Soliom apps so it was a breeze to figure out. As with other cameras like this one, solar is a must have in my opinion. It makes this camera a set it and forget it device. The included solar panel works flawlessly and keeps the camera charged to 100% at all times.One thing to keep in mind is that you will need to purchase a data plan. It comes with a small data package to get you started but is easy to renew through the app and as long as the camera isn't being triggered constantly the small data package should be sufficient.Overall I am impressed with the functionality of this camera and for the price it is a good value. Another win from Soliom in my opinion. The alpacas and I thank you!

Purchased this camera to use at my hunting camp after someone broke into my camper. What attracted me to it was the excellent price and good reviews along with the Solar charger. Camera came well packaged, and well labeled. Very little assembly was needed, hardest part was waiting for the battery to fully charge.Camera was placed about 10 feet up a tree with very good sunlight and the camera hasn't dipped below 100 percent. The microphone is so good you can hear the wind blow and the speaker is clear if you want to talk to whoever is in front of the camera. The night mode is just as clear and really provides good photo/video. The ability to pan around and zoom in from the phone app is amazing. I can't say enough good things about this camera.I can honestly say this is one of the best "live" trail cameras i have seen and will purchase more as my other cameras start to fail.

The media could not be loaded. This is my first LTE camera. I wanted to put it at the back of the property to watch what is going on from time to time. I feed wildlife, so it is not uncommon to see turkey, deer, bobcats, etc. I figured it would be good to check on the kids from time to time.The device is well packaged and has good instructions. It is ready to go out of the box. It is charged and LTE service is activated. You have to download the UCon app and link the camera. Once you do that you are good.It was easy to mount to a tree. It is easy to remove if needed with the thumb screws. I like that it can pan and swivel to see in different directions. It is great that is is solar powered. You can see the charging status on the app.The service costs - if you want cloud to backup your videos then you will need to pay $1.99 for 7 days or $3.99 for 30 days of retention. LTE service will run $15 per month for 3Gb of data. It comes with a free 300Mb trial. 3Gb should be enough for the casual viewing / just getting motion alerts. You can do 6 month and 12 month options. You could also convert to T-Mobile or AT&T plan if that was cheaper. You may have to say it is a Watch type device.Overall, I like it. Good detection and video quality. Has great night vision and LED spot light built in. You can talk across it as well. For the price it is a great purchase.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this camera because I have 4 other Soliom solar motion sensor wifi cameras that I really like. There is a part of my backyard that I cannot use a wifi camera due to low signal even with an extender. I was glad to see this trail cam from Soliom. The set up was fairly easy but I ran into a glitch probably due to the SIM card in the camera. It took a while to get this camera up and running, but now that it is I do not have any issues with connectivity to cell service. I even tried this at a friend's house and it quickly found service.The image quality is not as good as I thought it would be; especially when viewing video on my iMac. When viewed on my phone the image quality is fine. I had to download a new app. It would be nice if this trail cam could be added to the Soliom app where all my other cameras are. The zoom, pan and tilt all work well so I feel this camera will cover the area of my backyard with poor Wifi. So far so good.All my Soliom products have been very reliable, customer service has been great, and set up for their cameras has been easy and straight forward.
