Metallica - ...And Justice for All
The tab world of MetallicA, Not easy if your a beginner! But always a challenge. After the tragic death or Excellent bassist Cliff Burton, Jason Newsted was asked to join the band. This is their first album with the new bassist, and is supposed to be dedicated to Cliff, though this is just a rumor. I would say that this album, which has been greatly understated is differnt to Metallica's First albums, as the Guitar riffs in this are much more complex. I found that the guide notation was very helpful and some of the harder sounding riffs were actually much easier to play with practise! With such songs as, ...And justice for all, Blackened, One, Harvester of sorrow, And the brilliant instrumental, to live is to die. (Also, pictures of the bandmemebers inside) This book is definatly a must buy!!! I would recommend it to any guitar player, Old or young!

If You Are Feeling Brave,Give This A Shot
This is again a Cherry Lane book which means you will get good size tabs clearly laid out on every page and very accurate transcriptions.Every song on the album is covered and you should be able to play a pretty good version of the songs after spending some time with this book. As Metallica albums go this is the most technical riff wise and time signature wise too. Not recommended for novelists,if you want easy Metallica go for the black album or load era stuff. I only give this a 4 star because it does get annoying at times. Certain parts are not tabbed out and they are just put down as a chord name and a slash depicting where to play it over the vocal notation. And at times this is frustrating and not really the point of a tab album book? Being Metallica when the chord says E5 (american for E minor i think?) they are various different ways of playing that chord in certain positions and you have to try and figure out which one it is and the next chord and the next chord to get it exactly sounding right.Again i found myself using a green pen and writing in he string played and what position on the neck it related to to get the exact sound on the record. As with the other harmony parts from the metallica books they are printed close together 12/15 one note being for each guitar and it does make it akward to read and confusing if you are playing along to the record,i ended up circling the notes i was aiming for with a green pen so they stood out on the page enough for me to play them whilst jamming with the record. The song 'One' is very badly laid out with guitar overdubs and alot of people give up totally lost with parts of this. I had to listen carefully to the live version and pick apart what is tabbed here and stick certain parts together to get it to sound right, took a long time and really i shouldn't have to with a play it like it is guitar book!!? Because it clearly isn't. On the whole the majority of the transcriptions are spot on and you can really get nailed down these killer Metallica riffs that make this such a progressive thrash esque masterpiece of an album. Dyers eve doesn't seem quite right if you play it like the tab for the fast bit,and as i've never seen Metallica play it live i can't really compare it to them playing it? I modified it and it sounds pretty darn good. All the 'one' solo's are correct and sound great when you nail it down. The rythmn work here on this album is intense and if you aren't in good shape you really will struggle with this beast of a release. Apart from the niggly bits it's still a good book and you will be able to play the songs to a high standard,if you want perfection you will have to work hard to iron out the creases and to work out whats not quite right. If you just want to work on certain riffs to play to your friends or to wonder how they did things then this is fine, all the solo's seem right when you play what's written so no complaints there.Good book butt could be better to keep up with the high standards that cherry lane books have set in the past.

Justice Drum Book
This book really is great. It is very accurate as I have still haven't found a single wrong note in this book and I've had it for a year. This album contains Metallica's most progressive work to date so it definitely isn't easy to play. The book contains the drum music to all of the songs of Metallica's fantastic And Justice For All album. So if you play drums and like the Justice record then this is a must buy

Play it the way you hear it!
It's not often that you come across tab books that have such accuracy as Metallica tab books, and I have to say that this book is a major must have for all keen Met fans that want to play some Metallica on their guitars. Let's face it, the solos for songs such as One and Blackened aren't the easiest to work out by ear are they? Well with this book it will solve all those niggling little problems and all the pulling your hair out trying to work out the solos. Buy this tab book, Keep Lars happy and play guitar like you never have before.

Woefully inaccurate. Save yourself the bother and just look for Ben Eller and Carl Brown on YouTube for Metallica lessons. Metallica are one of the biggest bands ever and yet their offical tab books are terrible. The Justice book is probably the worst of all of them...and they are all crap. A bit of quality control would have gone a long way lads (Kirk, James) 👎🏻

Why does the front cover have a pink hue to it?
Exact same as original 90's one except the front cover (and only the front cover) has a pink hue.
