I got 2 of the same dark creation crystals

Q: If you buy a used one, is the battle class already assigned?

Yes it can be but you can completely reset them by placing the crystal on an earlier version of Skylanders such as Giants, you can then edit and factory reset them.

Q: Will it work on the Regular version of the game or only on Dark Edition?

There is no difference between the regular and the dark editions of the game. Only the figures that are included in the package are different.

Q: will it work in xbox 360?

Yes. They work across all systems.
