It still runs, but after each run, I only get whole bean with hot water. I should have listened to the negative reviews on Amazon and never bought this. Unfortunately, those concerns turned out to be accurate. I have been extremely careful with this machine from day one. I always filled water strictly between the min-max lines and only used it once per day. There was no misuse or overloading whatsoever. For comparison, my previous milk maker from another brand is still working perfectly after 15 years. That really puts the reliability of this product into perspective. Don’t be fooled by the sleek look or modern design—reliability matters much more.
