This definitely got my hair growth back up to speed. I put off dying my hair so that I could measure my growth rate. Before I started the vitamins I had half an inch or less of growth in 2 months. After taking this for one month it grew another inch. I now have a bunch of crazy short hairs sticking out all around my head.This also gives me a great energy and mood boost. I'm sure that I was lacking in an essential vitamin. That effect will probably be less noticeable for someone who isn't deficient, but I love the feeling.The downside of it, this is not really preventing hair fall for me. I started taking additional supplements for that and use nizoral. Looks like I will also be trying minoxidil. If you are dealing with other underlying health issues then this one supplement may not be able to fully control hair fall. Mine is likely a combo of age related hormones and weight loss so, yeah, good luck right. I'll keep taking this as long as I can afford it.The taste is alright. I swig it down quickly and refill the little cup with water so to get as much vitamin as possible from the cup. It is a thicker consistency. It's not nearly as bad as msm powder.

It takes time and it might not be for everyone but it's working great for me. Ordered July 1st and started taking the same day. I did have an adjustment period (think a bit of nausea and a few extra bathroom visits) but after a week I was good. It is now Aug 8th and my hair is so shiny and soft! It was soft before but this is next level. It's getting thicker but it's still early on so my ends are not equally as thick yet. I had my ends trimmed and I obviously have less shed because they do look a bit bushier. I believe it has extended my growth period so that's why. My skin has never really been a problem but I usually get a pimple or two around my period and I still do. Nothing extra though so that's a plus (I heard some folks breakout). My nails are stronger and longer too. I have one more serving in this bottle and 2 bottles waiting. I'm definitely going to keep using this for awhile. Maybe I'll downgrade to something cheaper later on but for now the sales and subscribe and save makes it manageable. Personally, I enjoy the flavor and the consistency so I don't know what all the complaints are about. Although I am someone who enjoys wheat grass juice, protein powder and bars, oysters and whatever else people normally complain about.

I began taking Mary Ruth’s for my thinning hair due to weight loss and menopause as I was desperate to find an answer.. I was surprised that I do like the mango/peach flavor. I put it in a shot glass and take it every morning as part of my daily routine. My hair does seem to slowly be returning. My finger nails are strong again. I gave it four stars only because it is not the only thing I take for my hair daily. I also take a biotin and collagen that my Dr recommended. But I WILL continue to take this supplement.

I’ve been using this for about 8 weeks now, and it is definitely worth the price. You’ll start to see results in like 2 weeks ( atleast that’s when I saw the results because I had braids in. The only downer is the taste, but you definitely get used to it after a week or so.
