2024 Diary by Smart Panda – Silver Edition, A4 Week to View Dated Planner – Softcover and Gift Box - Appointment Book, 30 Minute Intervals – Annual Calendar, November 2023 - December 2024

I bought this in November and received an Italian version. In fairness, I bought this for 2 previous years and they were in English as advertised. This diary is beautiful in its simplicity with a useful layout I found for my work. Previously the quality of the cover was not so robust. Within a few weeks the cover and inside page had peeled apart. Loved the layout so didn’t really mind. To update this review, I was contacted by customer service for this business who checked I’d been refunded and to apologise for the error. Excellent customer service and I have an English one again for the 3rd year running and love it. I’d recommend this diary..

No bad points to this diary.....it is just amazing! Really thick pages so ink doesn't bleed through, really well laid out so easy to organise your day + lots of extra space for notes + monthly planner/yearly planner is ace.So glad I found this product! Definitely 5 stars!

This is the second year I’ve bought the Smart Panda diary and I absolutely love it; it arrives in a beautiful presentation box which is great if you wanted to give it as a gift and the quality of the diary itself is amazing. The pages are a decent gsm so my fountain pen ink doesn’t bleed through and I love the layout and design. Strongly recommend!

Fabulous diary. No annoying waste of space. Every inch is used for the simple days of the weeks and space at the bottom of each day for yo you to decide what to use it for. I love that they haven’t labelled the space like most diaries do.

I love these diaries, as they're about the only ones I can find that are week to view with the hours of the day down the page which makes it so easy to mark appointments during the day. I just don't understand why more diaries don't still do this style, but these are great.They feel quality too, and I love the soft cover. A4 size is ideal for my, fairly hectic, life for fitting all my stuff in too. Yes, I also have digital diaries (at least one), but I wouldn't be without my paper diary.

This is overall a lovely diary. Good quality paper, nice layout, exactly the format I like. Coming boxed and shrink wrapped, it would be a lovely gift.Areas for improvement:This year, the outer cover peeled away from its backing so better glue please;Two ribbons would be really helpful;More space in the next year planner.
