Too bright to use as a night light in my bedroom.
In other places maybe. And if you do use one for a night light, how do you turn it off during the day? I like them because they're fairly bright and work well as a flash light in a power bank. I have ten of them all on the same circuit. They make a dandy ceiling light. I power those with an adjustable DC power supply. I get anything from very dim to full brightness. I like that they don't use much power and do not get hot. Warm yes, but never too hot to touch. The single resistor per Light Emitting Diode, or LED, is a good design that limits the maximum current for each LED. I have other types that use one resistor for three LEDs in parallel. With those, one LED can hog too much current and get dim or die altogether. These are a superior design. I will be buying more of these.
