I wouldn't say it's medical grade, but it's the best item I've used so far. It shuts off when you remove it, so you don't waste the power, and recharge time is decent.

The heart beat was pretty accurate with blood pressure cuff machine. It lasts a while before having to charge it. Less than 2 hours to charge to full.

These state, specifically, that they're not for medical use, but they're not safe for pilot or sport use, either. They are drastically inaccurate and should probably be removed from the market (just my opinion).

This is my second one. This works great. My first one someone took it because it work so good.

Sometimes it takes longer than usual for results to come up even after a full charge. Other than that it’s great!

Meter works but it is really very hard to get the supplied charging cable to plug into the meter it takes a bit of wigging and pressure just right to get it plugged in
