Fantastic pan! It is of a good weight, feels high quality. I used it to make an Earl grey chiffon cake, which I accidentally spilled a bit on the side on one of the pan’s legs but it was easy to clean despite the crevices. Usually I buy cheap pans but I’m so glad I bought this one! Also remember to use a plastic knife to cut the cake, don’t want to scratch the surface! Cake turned out great and came off without sticking :)

Very nice pan for baking angel food cakes in. I had no problem at all with removing the cake from the pan, it was simple to do. It wasn't quite as thick as we wanted but we also messed up on an egg, so no fault of the pan. I found it to be a great value as I don't bake them often so the price was just right.

These pans…. Oh my goodness I am so glad I bought them. They are so easy to clean. Stainless steel is durable, nothing sticks, the thickness is fantastic. The size is perfect, baking time is normal. I was hesitant because of the talk about leaks. But let me tell you, I baked more than 10 cakes in these pans in one day and no leak. The only thing I have to learn is getting the cake out the pan with that insert. Thats my only problem. I’m use to the old flip and go. Very happy with my purchase! They came right on time!!
