Even though the product gave burning plastic smell , I didn't care as it was working fine but now it's not working and it's not even a month 😔 I'm so disappointed. I had high hopes for the product as it seemed premium quality. The customer care are of no help, no one is exchanging it 😞. please be careful.

Although the heating bag is working fine on 1 day of use, however there is a burning smell that comes on turning on the heat bag as if some wire is getting burned. If this continues, i might return the product. The good thing is that this product has a return policy.

Good stuff used, very nice product in good price.

After just a few days of minimal use, I noticed it was burned out and stopped working. I only used it on one or two speed settings. It's a low-quality product.
