My husband says that they are a "bit of an ordeal to put on". I would not recommend them for anyone with arthritis in their hands. They seem to hold well.

reliable device to prevent loss of hearing aids with vigorous exercise. plastic clip to attach to clothing, and small attachments to flexible ring which attaches to hearing aids. Highly recommend to active person wearing hearing aids.

i'm not sure what's worse when wearing hearing aids - having sweat in your ears or having these things soak up your sweat. A decent idea for not losing your h/as but avoid hot weather. very little value for your money.
