Sleek design, comfortable fit, and premium performance!
These headphones are incredible! The sound quality is rich and immersive, and the hybrid ANC does a great job blocking out distractions. The 50-hour battery life is a huge plus—no more constant recharging. The included Bluetooth dongle makes pairing seamless, whether with USB-A or USB-C. Sleek design, comfortable fit, and premium performance, totally worth it!

Great sound, effective noise cancelling.
Nice fit, reasonably comfortable to wear for about an hour. Only drawback I can spot at this point is that the controls on the side are a bit too sensitive and one can pause the music unintentionally.

Lightweight and comfortable
These have fantastic sound range and I tested them to either end of my hearing spectrum and could hear crystal clear. Listing to vinyl and you get that authentic needle hiss and pop too if you're into that.

Something to said about this
I have a lot to say about this product. I want to be clear that I’m not sure about the quality, or maybe I was unlucky and got the defective ones. First of all, this was a Christmas gift for my husband, and I bought them with enough time to ensure they would arrive on time.Secondly, the gift was a gift, and my husband decided to use them right after the return was not accepted anymore. Now, let’s talk about the story. My husband used them three times, and each time, the battery lasted for a very short time. I was so frustrated that I would hear my husband screaming at the headphones during the best part of the song. I’m wondering if they’re a big defective product, considering they’re “wireless.” They definitely aren’t.Lastly, I’m looking for a new pair because they were expensive for me, and they don’t work as expected.

“Refurbished”… but Crap
The sound of a waterfall in my right ear never sounded so annoying. This review is in two parts. In the second part, I’ll talk about the Sennheiser brand and headphone build quality. In the first part, I need to get some gripes off my chest about the “refurbished” label given out by Amazon.Part One: RefurbishedOkay… I tried to save $40. Why not? At the purchase screen, I saw that I could save some cash on already cheap headphones, and I took the bait. No worries. Pre-owned is pre-owned, and I know the value of a dollar. It seemed like a no-brainer, but after less than 2 months these headphones are the bane of my existence. I use them for work. I’m a media guy, and I cut and edit video all day every day. I use my headphones when I mow my yard or go in long walks in the sun (that’s why I bought headphones with a rubber head cushion and faux leather ear pads). Upon inspection, I see something glaring that I need you to know: this model is too crap to deserve the “repaired” label. There is no way to repair something built like this. Lesson learned. Buyer beware.Part Two: Sennheiser and this Crud DesignI got ticked off, man. In the past, I’ve bought $300 Bose headphones and worn them to DEATH. More than 3 years of capital “A” abuse per pair, and I’m the guy wearing mid quality Bose QCOE’s in Afghanistan. You better believe I expected these Sennheiser headphones to work for more than 3 months. Nope. Not happening. I didn’t understand why until I got p****ed AF. I’m over here trying to listen to a project I’ve color coded and edited for a professional movie studio, and it sounds like I’m decoding the enigma machine during a submarine operation. The right can is hissing, chirping, scratching like a record. After two weeks of smacking them to get the sound to lay low, I got angry. I pulled them off my head and the force of my meaty hands separated the can from the headband. Okay… this isn’t mature behavior, but I was ticked off. Like I said, I know the value of a dollar, and I know when I’ve spent money on a subpar product. The pad came off, and I thought I could take it apart and fix it.I did. I took it apart, at least. I reassembled it, too. Flawlessly. Four screws, some whip it (condensed air) on standby, and I even cut my hand working (so you know my redneck roots came out). HERE’S THE MAIN PROBLEM: The wires are bare on a cramped motherboard. The motherboard is the diameter of the entire right can, but the welding components are squished together super tight. The wires (I can’t believe this still) are BARE. I’m saying the wires are not insulated, but they are contained into two rubber tubes. That means that an ounce of humidity in the air will cause cross-traffic between these wires (which are welded so closely together they MUST overlap when the can is screwed together. Unbelievable shit design. Unbelievable. How in the sam hell is this a finished product? I bought Sennheisers because I wanted to see what a low budget option meant to them. Let me put this gently: if Sennheiser designed a microwave, it would explode. This is not proper wiring. Jesus…I sprayed the cans out and reassembled them to see if miracles really do happen, but no. In two days, these headphones will be right back where they started. Even now, I can hear Niagara in my right ear.DO NOT BUY THESE. Even brand new, the design is unbelievably terrible. I think I’ve redefined my idea of Sennheiser as a brand after owning these for less than 60 days. Save yourself the trouble and buy a pair of $30 Sony’s. They’ll sound like crap, but at least the sound isn’t a feedback nightmare. Even new, these headphones sounded were like a Nokia phone in a coffee can. Now they just sound like someone actively trying to interrupt my music or audiobook or job with a message from space.Avoid these. Hard pass.

Better than expected
Great sound and I love them for traveling on an airplane. They really keep the noise down and I could enjoy whatever I was listening to that much more.

Great Bass Boosting and Noise cancelling
Great mid range headphones, fairly long battery life, and the accompanying app comes with an adjustable equalizer. Great noise cancelling.
