Bought the remote to replace my Amazon Fire TV Box 2nd Gen 4K Ultra HD 2014 but unfortunately it wouldn’t sync which was disappointing but then again my box is 2014 so trying to find a remote to connect / sync was and is gong to be difficult but that said the remote syncs to my Amazon fire stick so it is a good back up / replacement in that sense, the remote is well made so for a remote that works and at a good price i can’t complain but it didn’t work for my box but this is my 2nd purchase trying to buy a remote that’s compatible for my box so i do appreciate trying to get the correct remote is difficult but the seller was apologetic and couldn’t have been anymore helpful, I’ve kept the remote as it’s decent remote and works for my sticks but obviously won’t sync to my box which is what was the reason i purchased it in the first place
