Would not work for area that water would be pooled in, like a pond or something.
I love those product! It saved me a huge task! We have this tile shower that I love. It had started to separate through the base despite following directions to a t with install, using waterproofing products before installing tile ect. I could not , for the life of me figure out where it was seeping. So in a last ditch effort to save it before tearing it all apart and just going with a shower pan and stall, I decided to try this. It took about 3 weeks to make sure everything was completely dry below( we have full access to the underside in the basement too) I took about a week to apply 4 thin coats, completely drying in between each coat. There is no more seeping and it looks great! Now if there is any buy that pools even slightly with water for extended period of time, it will turn milky, hence my comment in the title, but it goes away with drying. It is a bit slippery at first but we use a rubber mat when we shower. I figure one coat additional a year will keep it good. It has been 6 months since i did it and it is still doing great. Keeps that grout clean too....

I used this for a different application
I used this to thinly coat an existing control panel face in which the original face was degrading and falling apart. I used 3 coats of the sealant to cover the old buttons but still be flexible enough to press the buttons behind the face.

Works really well.
This product works pretty well. I use it to seal up the walls around the showers in my hotel. Haven’t had any issues that I know of. The price is decent compared to other brands. I’ve bought it three times now and will continue as long as the price stays down.

Very small portion
It works great but it is a very small portion for the price listed

It did job #1
Hate to brag too much but used it on an inground pool's water feature. You know, where the waterfall comes tumbling down. Between the rocks where it was concreted had started seeping so I dried it out a bit and used a throw away paint brush expecting to use a 2nd coat of the fairly thick stuff. I'm really not used to stuff working the first time so I'll look for something else to screw up. It's the one thing I'm good at so the very next time you're worried about what can go wrong next, just give me a buzz. I can definitely show you.

Doesn't last.
We used this product on our pool water level tiles that were leaking. It initially went on clear and stopped the leak for a while, but later turned a cloudy white, began to peel off and leak again. What remained on the tiles looked terrible. Would not recommend this product for this application.

Works Great!!!
This stuff works great so long as you follow the instructions and place more than one coat! Great purchase for rv’s and motorhomes! I used it for some rv roof repairs and it did the job perfectly!
