Black Samurai Japanese Sword Katana Swords Hand-Forged

I don't know how they sell it for less than 50. Yet the blade is actually good. I beat the crap out of it for a month now. Bought it as a brush whacker, but I can't break it, I even slammed it several times on dried cherry and oak logs. And it cut...the fittings are cheap but the blade is solid. Usually the blade alone is 80 to 100 minimum. All I can say is its a great value if you want something that comes sharp and can be used as a tool.

It's a beautiful sword, heavy and well made. It's sharp, full tang, it's well done, I didn't expect that for the low price. It's fully functional, but I think I'm just going to hang it on the wall, unless an unfortunate burglar decides to enter my house 😂

Pretty legit, no damage to sword on arrival. feels very study and well put together for the price. Read many reviews on the sub $50 katanas before picking this one and not disappointed!

I wanted a sword to keep in my gun safe for the coming zombie apocalypse. I don't think you'll do better than this for the price. I can't talk much about edge retention or blade strength since I'm not actually using it - but it seems like it won't have much trouble going through soft rotting flesh when I need it to.That said - it honestly seems pretty well made considering the price. I'm betting this is nowhere near as good as an expensive authentic katana, but I don't need it to be. That's a luxury I can't afford and the "Harbor Freight" model will work for my needs. I was going back and forth between this and the base model Cold Steel katana - but this is longer and nicer looking. Cold Steel no longer makes the (cheap) model that would have been directly comparable to this for some reason - which is too bad cause I would have bought that instead. If you look at specs for the 'base model' all black Cold Steel tactical katana - theirs is a bit shorter than a full length Katana sword, but they did make one at some point. Now you either need to settle for a shorter katana or spend more for a nicer katana sword which they DO offer. I wouldn't go out trying to chop trees down with this, but I promise you I wouldn't want anyone swinging this at me. The sheath is really nice for price as well. This sword would make a great display item if that's what you're into, but mine just sits in a safe next to more dangerous items. Now I just need a spear and I'll be ready for the walking dead.

Insanely sharp be careful when handling very good for the price high-quality. I will use it if I have an intruder in the home to protect my loved ones but be extremely careful very very sharp hundred percent would recommend this to anyone. I don’t normally write reviews but this one is amazing looks great amazing.
