The Lost Caverns of Ixalan Commander Deck - Ahoy Mateys (100-Card Deck, 2-Card Collector Booster Sample Pack + Accessories)

I bought this as a birthday gift for my brother, who I introduced to magic. Our pod typically plays precon only, with no restrictions on choice (except for knowing that Eldrazi, merfolk, and velociramptor will make you the bad guy). This deck so far has a win-rate of 2/7 at our 5-person table, which is much higher than many more expensive decks. I've noticed that tribal decks tend to do very well in bracket 2, and this is no exception. Although other tribal decks may be at least marginally better, the price point makes this a great deal. This deck is also great for beginners, as the commander is not particularly complex.

So good! Love me some pirates!

HOLY CRAP! This is the cheapest precon I've seen for a while. I thought commander decks going for under 30 bucks was a thing of the past but here we are! I looked into reviews for Lost Caverns, and most say that this was the weakest deck in the set. Decided, what the heck, the price is great and maybe I can make something good out of it. Out of box, THIS DECK IS A BLAST. I don't care if it doesn't have the world easiest wincon to whip out, this thing is one of the funnest decks I've ever played right out of box!

Fun cards

I got this deck for like $28 bucks, while the card value isn't very high, this thing is fun. Pirates are always doing tricky things, whether that's to your opponents or to each other though...that remains to be seen. It's in fun colors, so you can upgrade this with some VERY powerful cards and really make this thing hum. Although they banned the best Pirate of all time (Dockside Extortionist) there are plenty of pirates you can slot in here. Or you part it out for the staples and you sell the other bulk. Either way you should break even monetarily or enjoyment wise!

Fun deck to play at a great price. Good starter commander deck.

This is probably my favorite set that Wizards have released. However, I’m not a big fan of this deck. Straight out of the box, it can’t hold its own in a game. It could be a great deck with some modifications though.

Cool commander deck

Bought for a birthday gift for my son. He is well happy in is words with the quality. Product as expected. Delivered on time. Many thanks. A good experience.

Tuve suerte en encontrarlo a un súper buen precio y la verdad por el contenido, reprints y cartas nuevas, valió la pena.

El precinto del producto se encontraba abierto pero el contenido estaba completo.
