Great piece of furniture for the price very sturdy granddaughter draws a lot in sketch loves the way it opens up so she has a place to store her drawings

This was a nice replacement for a coffee table I got at Target where the top "wood" started to peel away like paper. It looked so bad, but I didn't swap it out because my kids were young at the time and if they messed it up further, I wouldn't have to worry about that.Fast forward to 2020 and the table looks so bad, it's time for a replacement. I couldn't find coffee tables locally, not sure why places like Home Goods, Marshalls or TJ Maxx never carry coffee tables. I saw this on Amazon and took a chance. I was able to put it together by myself, the instructions were pretty clear and easily to understand. The table looks great and feels solid, but my only complaint is that the top is a little difficult to move without using two hands, SLOWLY and CAREFULLY. It has a tendency to "snap" into place once you move the table top up to its open position, so be VERY careful if you are moving this with liquids on the tabletop. I wish it had the hinges like on my old Target coffee table, that one was so smooth, you could move it with one hand without it disturbing the contents on the table top.

Great, sturdy table. One note about the assembly instructions, it definitely works better to attach the table lift mechanisms to the inside of the drawer BEFORE attaching them to the table top surface. I was able to do it on my own this way, while the instructions have it the other way around for some reason and advise you to get someone’s help for that step. Other than figuring that part out, not much of a problem to put together! Took me a few hours.

The product is good quality but arrived with a break in the bottom side of the table cover. Fortunately it will not show and I don’t wish to wait for a replacement. Assembly was easy with the exception of the attaching of the spring mechanism to the sides. We attached them first, and the attached the cover - much easier.

I finally had some time to put this together today. I have been putting alot of furniture together the last couple weeks, so was kind of dreading putting more together. The directions say not to use a drill but I wasnt going to spend double the time hand screwing a bunch of screws in. Since I did use a drill(carefully), I put this together in about 45 minutes. The color is beautiful and matches our tv stand great and works perfectly with our sectional as well. Live that the top comes up as my family eats alot of meals in the living room. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

Perfect table to add into our living room. We did have to contact seller for a replacement piece because it was damage by shipping. The seller was great and sent out a new part and it looks amazing. I love the fact that the table lifts up so you can eat on it very convenient for my kids. Easy to assemble and looks great too.

We had a Sauder desk system in the past and loved it, and this piece is the same sturdy yet stylish quality. The directions are clear...with WORDS (not like Ikea), and even humor. Follow the steps and it's a piece of cake. The lift system is smooth and doesn't wobble or feel like it won't hold up. It has a matte finish, so just looks like aged wood; just what we were looking for!

This table was missing some of the hardware needed to assemble it. I had to go to the hardware store and buy the missing pieces. Then when I got home I found that the spot where the hidden cam (one of the pieces of hardware) goes does not even line up with the hole that was drilled in the wood. My husband will need to drill new holes in the table just to make it work...and because it is cheap plywood, it seems like it may crack if we do this. Additionally, there are places where there are supposed to be holes in the wood for screws to go into and they didn't even drill them! The only reason I am not sending it back is because I already ripped the box apart to get the pieces out and I am not certain I could send it back at this point. I'm not even sure we will be able to put it together though due to the defects.The color of the table is nice but that is about the only good thing I can say about this so far. Very disappointed.
