Most balanced on ear headset for calls and conferencing
I've tried make other brands and models. If you don't want to deal with the unreliability or cost of Bluetooth (especially cheap by headsets) AND want a very lightweight, comfortable headset AND want frankly surprising noise cancellation from the mic* AND didn't want to spend a lot AND want sound good enough to listen to music, then this is the best balance of the aforementioned characteristics that I've found.Poly (formerly Plantronics) is one of the top three brands that specialize in headsets for communication and it shows. Quality feeling materials, ear pads don't degrade.This is the second set I've bought (first broke due to my fault).Like that I can use with USB or 3.5mm Jack. Like that cord doesn't tangle.* Other side can't hear my dog barking etc

Changing Names
This model was originally made by Plantronics. Plantronics originally was a very innovative and leading-edge company. Since then, they have gone through 2 owners at least and the name has changed each time. I have gotten them from all 3 names. They have maintained their quality. This particular model was Plantronics flagship. It is still one the best combinations of price, technology, and other features available. I just wish they would leave the name alone.

Check with your IT department
Poly Blackwires have a software package they can get from the manufacturer - but not every IT department is okay with that. So check with them first.Home office users, this is the headset for you - use it out of the box or download the software from the manufacturer.Gamers could consider this as an emergency backup or travel set - if you want to game on the go take these instead of your $200-400 set. It can stay at home and this can serve you well on the road or as a temp if your nice one breaks.

Great for those Zoom and Teams meetings
LIghtweight headset - noise cancelling microphone - but open earpieces so you hear what's going on around (but the people on the other end don't). I like having a mute switch and volume control on the cord so I don't have to reach across to play with the mouse or touch pad to mute/unmute myself - and it works with Teams and with Zoom. Another bonus is that the headset disconnects from the USB cable and plugs directly in to the computer or older phone - and the USB-C to USB-A adapter is included and linked to the cord.

Don’t last long
Everything was going fine and after 1month i would have static in my headset and the other caller could not hear me. I would prefer the poly 3320
