buy it second time
If you decide to use them, I suggest buying half a size up; otherwise, you may feel a bit cramped when putting the shoes on.P.S. I suggest keeping it in basket and buying it on sale.

Absolutely amazing!
I have suffered from planter fasciitis for 9 months and have brought most of the recommendations. BUT these are amazing and my pain literally disappeared overnight. They are from the states…… but absolutely worth the wait…. Search no more these are the answer!

Eases plantar fasciitis
Plantar fasciitis is a nasty thing. Don't bleat about a sore foot until you've experienced it. These therapeutic arch supports are designed to ease the symptons and pain. It's basically and an adjustable elastic bandage with a plastic insert and some velcro, and this did provide some brief relief when walking short distances. Anything that gives a measure of relief is a boon, and this support did help.

I have plantar fasciitis and need to wear insoles in all my shoes. I bought these for doing yoga and they offer great support. I can now practice barefoot and pain free.

Good idea, well executed
Good idea, well executed. I've had insoles before because of fallen arches and knock-knees and all sorts of other posture-related issues. They were only really useful outdoors and fell out of use pretty quickly. These are great because you can just trot around the house in them essentially barefoot, and they are very strong and supportive. They strap to your feet very comfortably.I would follow the advice on the pack - at first, more than a few hours at a time wearing insoles can be a bit punishing on your feet, but as you get used to them there is a real and noticeable improvement to posture and all the usual aches and pains have always diminished, in my experience. So, yes. A simple, smart and effective twist on an existing concept.July 2016 edit: 5 months later and I absolutely love these. I wear them every day. I absolutely never revisit my reviews but I'm making the exception here to say: if you stumble on these, and suffer from posture issues precipitated by overpronation or similar problems, it's well worth giving these a punt.

Not suitable for wide feet
I was really looking forward to receiving these as my husband has suffered from plantar fasciitis for many years. He usually uses custom-made support inserts in his shoes and he also alleviates excessive pain by using a strap-in foot holder overnight.Unfortunately, on using these arch supports he was not able to get any relief because they are simply too narrow for his wide feet - as a result, the plastic supports dig into the sides of his feet, causing more pain than was originally there. It would be great if 3M were to make a larger (wider) size of these, otherwise these arch supports would only be useful for those with narrower feet.

I haven't been able to wear them outside of the house as I have very wide feet and my shoes do not fit comfortably over the top
I wear these in the evenings, after I have been running, and have noticed a definite improvement in my plantar fasciitis. I haven't been able to wear them outside of the house as I have very wide feet and my shoes do not fit comfortably over the top of them.
