Really pleased, however, I have bought a separate 30 cm charging lead which keeps it all tidy as the lead with it is too long.

Had too many chargers cluttering the nightstand, so I swapped them for this. Now it looks tidier, and both watches stay charged without swapping cables. The angle makes it easy to see the time at night without picking anything up. The rubber on the base keeps it from sliding around. I was a bit cautious about overheating, but it stays cool even during longer charges. The AirPods slot works fine too, no wobbling or misalignment. Cleaning it’s straightforward since there aren’t loads of crevices. It’s quiet, doesn’t hum or buzz like some others I’ve used. Everything feels stable when placed properly, and there’s no fiddling needed. Charges steadily overnight and nothing’s ever slipped off. No wires hanging everywhere anymore, which is a nice change. Does what it’s supposed to without any hassle.

As an Apple Watch and AirPods user, I bought it as a 2nd charger base unit and use it in the house but more importantly when I’m traveling. If I happen to lose, damage, or forget the charger while on the go, replacing a more affordable, third-party option is far less financially painful than replacing an expensive official Apple device. Also reduces the wear and tear my on primary charger, therefore always have a reliable unit to come home too.________________________________________Build Quality & Design• The build quality is solid—it feels well-made and durable, not flimsy like some cheaper third-party chargers, which is always a plus for something I use daily.• I really like the compact size and the overall look—clean and minimal.• It’s small enough to sit on a desk or bedside table without taking over the space.________________________________________Charging Performance• No issues at all with charging—everything worked as expected.• I’ve had problems with some third-party chargers not fully supporting Apple Watch or AirPods, but this one delivered reliable charging for the short time I’ve had it.• The charging indicators on both the Apple devices and the base unit are clear and work as expected, giving confidence it’s working properly.________________________________________Usability• Easy to use—you just place the devices on, and it starts charging.• I did find that with the Apple Watch, it helps to close the strap first, so it sits flush and doesn’t tilt off-centre. But so far, it’s been reliable.• The gold detail does look nice but may not suit everyone’s aesthetic— a silver/chrome option may have been more apple like and blend well.• while the 5W charging is fast enough for overnight watch charging, it’s not designed for the super-fast charging you might get with some dedicated watch chargers that deliver higher wattage.________________________________________Final Thoughts & My Take on ValueI find this device to be a valuable addition to my Apple ecosystem. This a great pick—especially without the high price tag. It’s perfect fit as a second charger. It does the job, looks good (mostly), and most importantly—it works.
