Review: The best rough use point and shoot camera for adventure seekers - This is mainly marketed as a tough use camera for adventure seekers. I can assure you the TG-7 lives upto that. I didn't expect a modern mobile level quality from this but a decent enough picture quality with fun modes and it just delivers that. It is surprisingly light weight and the interface is easy to understand. One major problem I have with one is the camera still doesn't have a manual shutter speed control after all these years of iterations. Also the video quality wasn't that great, although it wasn't a big concern for me.

This is mainly marketed as a tough use camera for adventure seekers. I can assure you the TG-7 lives upto that. I didn't expect a modern mobile level quality from this but a decent enough picture quality with fun modes and it just delivers that. It is surprisingly light weight and the interface is easy to understand. One major problem I have with one is the camera still doesn't have a manual shutter speed control after all these years of iterations. Also the video quality wasn't that great, although it wasn't a big concern for me.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Loved it, sold it anyways and then bought it again

I bought this mostly for macros on land and for an occasional water excursion. I loved it but moved up to larger macro gear so I sold it to a friend. I missed it as its so portable and allows me to take macros without my larger gear or if I am traveling light so I bought it again. Its an amazing little camera with multiple settings options, is waterproof and is super rugged for any wildlife/outdoor adventure. With a little tweaking of settings, you can get some amazingly close photos of little things and its alot of fun to play with. The battery life is good but once the battery dies, there is no warning, it just dies so keep a spare on you at all times. I added some photos of land macros I took using this camera combined with the FD-1 flash. If you want to get into macro but don't want to spend a fortune, this is a great choice and I love all the OM Systems products as they are quality and a good value for the money
