Works pretty well after you learn a few things.....
Just prepare the vegetables in smaller sub sections and this works really well. Each piece should be like 20-30% smaller than the surface area for chopping. Place the whole unit on a few folded towels. That's it. Don't force things and it will last.Time is needed to prepare the vegetables, but it saves so much time and is imo certainly worth under $15.
