Would this work for splitting the sub output of a home theater receiver to multiple powered subwoofers?

You definitely don't want to use this for home audio it actually boost your RCA signal weigh more than regular home audio can handle. Home audio and a lot of commercial audio RCA inputs are extremely sensitive and you really don't want to run too much voltage through them and this thing is made to hook up multiple amps to 1 RCA line without losing signal and actually boosting it to 10 volts which can damage equipment if it's not made to handle that kind of input
