The media could not be loaded. I really like this beginners guide. I had no idea how Quickbooks worked but this book has been really helpful. The author does a great job of offering information and explaining how Quickbooks work. There is a lot of information to learn but it's an easy book to follow and understand. I love the diagrams as I am a visual learner. It's a great go-to book!

Thanks to this book it is now much easier for me to understand this subject, because it has practical exercises, step by step instructions and shortcuts on how to use it, it has really been much easier for me.

Refer to the other reviews showing shots of the pages. There are NO illustrations. Nothing visual, except printed words. Most of the book just explains basic accounting terms. The How To part is rudimentary and doesn’t provide enough instructions to perform important bookkeeping duties. It says you can customize operations, but doesn’t take me through the process. Returned and ordering another reference.

This book, while easy to read with it's kindergarten large print, is repetitive about a handful of things and yet does not touch on a lot of key issues. I debated whether to buy this or the "Dummies" book & sorry I chose this one. I thought it would be straightforward & thorough but was extremely disappointed with the content.

The media could not be loaded. I found this book EXTREMELY helpful! First, I deciding if Quickbooks was right for my needs; then in setting up and customizing my account. I know that it will continue to be a valuable resource as I continue using the program and gear up for tax season!
