A super simple bit of kit that behaves itself well - no leaks, splurges or rejections from our nespresso machine. Foil quality is really good - this is a game changer for making your coffee more affordable and with minimal fuss too! We keep our nesspresso pods and remove used foil carefully from top then ditch old grounds and voila it's robust enough to be used a number of times.

This works pretty much exactly as described. It makes refilling Nespresso Vertuo pods pretty easy. It took me the first 4 or 5 to get used to the process and then I was filling at a pretty good clip. The foils seem sturdy and have worked well so far, and quite easy to get stuck on to the pod, plus they remove easily as well when you have used the pod.It does take a little time to do the filling so do plan a little time. I found that 2 level scoops from the provided scoop filled the 230ml mug size pods pretty much perfectly. I found that 1 x 400g bag of coffee filled 36 pods just for the record for anyone that is curious on that. I also think that the flavor of the coffee after filling and using was as good, if not better, than any cup of that coffee I have had.In the end, I highly recommend these to anyone that would like to have their own preferred coffee for their Nespresso, if you want to cut down on waste or if it is a pain to recycle in your area, or even just to cut back a little on your spending at the Nespresso store each month!

Straight forward to use and will save money longer term.Like teh fact you can use your own favourite coffee and experiment with quantity of coffee used per capsule.

This is a very well designed kit that works perfectly.The pod holder and funnel are perfectly sized for the Nespresso pods, and so are the foil lids. It was very simple to use at first attempt. I love the Nespresso machine design but dislike their branded coffee selection. With this refill kit, everybody at home gets to use the machine to drink the particular brand of coffee they love.PLUS, it works out much cheaper than the Nespresso vertuo pods. e.g. my preferred ground coffee costs about £5 for 250g (8.8oz), and from that I can refill about 21-22 of the lungo pods to make 150ml coffee.WHY 4 AND NOT 5 STARS: The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the removal tool comes as a naked blade and not one with a leather type pouch/holder as depicted on the product box. When opening the box, the blade fell out and hooked into my skin - it is that sharp. It was only luck that it did not go in deep enough to draw blood. I think it would be far safer to include the pouch with the blade and for it to be packed with the sharp hooked tip safely tucked inside the pouch.

Too fiddly for me there are better systems available

Great idea of a product. Works well in the Nespresso Virtuo machine and saves loads of money and wasted packaging. Just refill your old pods with shop bought coffee grounds.The funnel/lid sealer is handy to keep the pods in place without spilling the coffee.Comes with a handy knife to remove the old foils, be careful it's sharp!

Great just as it, easy

Very happy with the product. It helps to apply the sealer properly to prevent leakage. Highly recommended if you are a fan of making your own capsules on regular basis.
