BRIKSMAX Light Kit Compatible with LEGO Hogwarts Castle and Grounds

Once added to the Lego set and hand on looks amazing Packaged really well, all the different parts are in separate bags which are labelled and numbered which is really helpful instructions to easy to follow with pictures explaining what to do. It can get a little bit fiddly as all the parts are so small so patience is needed, but so worth it in the end

I have to say this was one of the hardest lighting kits I’ve ever used but it is so totally worth the effort in the end. Looks absolutely amazing just be prepared than you will need a lot of patience. Is quite expensive and when you get the kit it seems like there isn’t much there for the cost but the end result is worth it

Bought this alongside the Lego set. Partner built both and said it would have been good if there was instructions to do the install at the same time as the build. Once installed, the lighting looks fantastic. The castle looks incredible. Well worth the money and the time/effort to fit.

Really chuffing difficult to install. Retro fit it and it’s for tiny tiny fingers only. Tricky and annoying.

First of all, I'll confess. I accidentally broke it half way through installing. I caught the USB between the edge of the table and the set and sliced it off. After that I gave up. I did get some of the lights to work before my little whoopsie and they looked great. I wish I hadn't broken it but ut was at that point I decided to remove it all and decided it wasn't for me. Great product but maybe choose one for a smaller set if this is your first time with Lego lights.

The wiring can make it very hard to keep buildings in one piece, should state when rebuilding hide as much wire under model as possible to help bricks fot back together better, Mark

My daughter was thrilled to get her lights for hogwarts castle. She will be displaying all of her Harry Potter legs so the lights are perfect.

Pros: 1. Once completed, the lighting kit really improves the overall look of the final build. 2. Directions were easy to follow. 3. Replacement parts are easy to order if you accidently misplace or damage any of them. 4. Time to complete is relatively minimal. Easier if you have another helping hand Cons: 1. Directions are for after the Lego set has been completely built so you have to remove sections and then try to rebuild it once the lights are installed. 2. If you have multiple lights in an area such as the Castle tower, getting the pieces to remain together is difficult. 3. Installed the control box under the base of the castle was difficult and made other sections fall off
