it made a weird vibration noise for a few days and then stopped. maybe something was loose idk but i still love it works great

*****2023 DEC 23 EDIT*****Still no issues with the whole desktop. I'm still getting high fps Temps are good, cpu occasionally go to 70 degrees but it lowers after that. Still no need to contact customer support so I cannot say if they are good or bad.If you can afford or make payments on this pc I'd get it before prices go up again..Just recieved pc, it arrived 3 days earlier than expected. I did recieve a Nvidia graphics card. So far the desktop runs smooth, fast and quiet. I've only ran Guild wars 2, and back4blood on the pc so far. FPS were at 100 average for back4blood at high settings, GW2 had well over that and I never recieved any lag in big cities. I was running the game at 120hz and 144hz.Setup was easy took about 5-10 minutes from opening box to actually downloading games on pc. Did not come with a remote to change color of pc lights(unless it's hidden somewhere in the pc but I checked everywhere) it did come with a mouse and keyboard. The keyboard is nice I like it even though I have a razer keyboard and mouse. The mouse is nice also, it feels small in my hands. The desktop only came with 1 storage method which was a 1tb ssd so I'd recommend getting a HDD and putting all your games on the HDD or get another SDD or external. I haven't had to use tech support so I'm not sure how they are but I've heard they are great so we will see. If I have any issues I will update this review.

Awesomee pc for the buck !!! After finding this gem on amazon and searching for the best pc for the buck i came across this. Was a bit skeptical because of the rating but looked at the reviews and seen where it standed good . Did not expect to recieve the parts in the pics . Pc came with a geforce rtx 3060ti , a b-550m pro wifi motherboard . 2x t-force 8gb ram sticks , a beast rgb heatsink cpu cooler ( did not mention in descrpition that it came with one . Super pleased with that ! ) and a bunch more other goodies .also came with a pretty decent keyboard and mouse .packaging was excellent . Pc came with a big dust bag over it . Was nicely packed on the inside where components were . Overall i would def recomend this pc . Best pc out there on amazon . Keep it up skytech !

After watching some prebuilt reviews ive been skeptic "Gamers nexus, etc" but unit i ordered was well put together, nothing loose and booted on first try, 3060ti it came with was a evga ftw3 ultra model (lhr if that matters to ya). ram was 2 sticks of 8gb 3200mhz oloy. only issue ive found is the Oem gigabyte board that i havent found support for yet, (cant check for bios updates without the correct model number).overall would highly recommend if skytech keeps this level of build quality in each unit sold.

It was pre-setup and ready to go. They included instructions (which I didn't need) on how to get things up and running. Packaging and shipping was very good. They used some sort of molded styrofoam packaging to make sure that nothing shifted inside. Thanks SkyTech!
