C.O. Bigelow Elixir White Ultra-Light Body Lotion 10 oz, No. 1786

Great product. Very light and goes on without leaving a greasy feeling. Would recommend this as an aftershave balm because it does moisturize and leave the skin feeling great. I use after shaving and showering on my face, head, hands, knees, elbows...you can apply it anywhere because there is no greasy feeling afterwards like other lotions. Scent is manly enough and leaves a woodsy after smell (Elixir White). Very subtle but definitely masculine imo. The size is perfect and I expect a 10 oz bottle would last a couple months for most users.

My husband got this from a friend and when he ran out he was so disappointed. I was so happy to find it on Amazon and get some more for him. We are so glad Amazon has such a variety of products at such great prices!

Not sure about all the bad reviews. I’ll address two of the negatives I’ve seen:1) Greasy, doesn’t absorb, smells like a gym: No way this product smells like a gym- it’s scent is as described- citrus and wood notes. It absorbs as well as most any lotion I’ve used.2) Pump doesn’t allow full use of bottle: Duh. I’ve never had a pump product with a thicker lotion that works all the way to the bottom nor has my wife. In many cases they cease pumping at the 2/3 level. Mine made it about 85% of the way for the three bottles I’ve used so far.Complaints like this sound like first world whining! Here’s a pro tip: unscrew the pump and pour it into your hands!Now to the good. Great scent. Keeps my skin from drying out and I live in the south on a beach where heat and salt take a toll. It even moisturizes those rough skinned elbow areas.Has a masculine scent.Good product for me!

My son absolutely loves this lotion. It’s the only one he’ll use. It smells awesome. I’m so glad I was able to find it through Amazon as the store we used to purchase it from inside of a mall in our area no longer carries it.

While this lotion does go on smoothly and absorbs quickly there were two things that caused me to return it. First the pleasant citrus smell is mixed with another odor quite unpleasant. It actually has a kind of sour body odor smell, the kind of odor that comes from gym clothes or wash that was left damp too long before putting it in the dryer. Secondly, it has a lingering greasy feeling that dries and never quite absorbs, leavinging the pores on my arms and legs feeling clogged. That's just my impression, while others seem to like it just fine.

My husband loves this lotion for how moisturizing it is. I love the scent! ;)

Awesome scent, cheaper and more convenient to get it here than elsewhere used as an aftershave balm. Keeps my face moisturized.
