Just remove from packaging and it comes to life ( no inflating necessary! ). It puts me in such a comfortable position with my arms and I use the pockets on side for remote and my phone. It is REALLY nice looking! I got the white and it fits in perfectly with my couch and pillows. Great firmness and looks good! NOT cheap looking at all.

This pillow desk's area where a device or book would is small; too small and narrow for a standard laptop or a large tablet. If you have a smaller device then this pillow is awesome! The fabric is soft, the foam is super supportive and the quality is fantastic and its comfortable. The opening is large enough for the pillow to fit plus size people.
