This is most soft , comfortable chair with massaging feature . Just started using it , loving it especially useful for long working hours .I got two of them in my house. Very happy and highly recommend this chair . Above and beyond .

The so called massages stick up where you sit so uncomfortable, cheap made , total refund and recycled chair to recycle centre , very quick response and refund through Amazon ,thank you Amazon , would be better if these eBay quality sellers were stopped though !

The chair itself is quite spacious, and initially comfortable, after a while it becomes hard and not so comfy. The arm rests are bad, they deform quite easily, and the shape doesn't rebound, and they're quite squeaky. The vibration isn't good either, it's weak especially surrounding the lumber support, not to mention the noise, it's fairly loud. Can't say I recommend it.

A pretty average product for the price and I must admit I am extremely disappointed with the comfort and quality of what I bought. I was desperate for an office chair and have kept it regardless however the one I have just thrown on the recycling centre was far more comfortable than this one was just broken. The chair is a product that quite frankly as we are a fraction of the price that is charged for. The plug adapter for the massage chair is extremely short and the massage facility is very loud. The last year I bought online off Amazon was expensive and did not last very long. I am quite expected to have to replace this one in 18 months time as well Given the choice I would not buy this product again. I’m sure there are better quality chairs on the market for far cheaper price

I bought this chair since my previous one fell apart and given the price it's a really good chair. I've seen on other reviews people saying that the chair gradually slides down and isn't really suitable for people under 5 foot 5, well I'm 6'2 and weigh 100kg and I've encountered none of these problems. The chair has never dropped whilst being sat in it and it's sturdy and supportive. The vibrate function is pleasant, though it's not really a deep massage so if you're expecting something like that, you'll likely have to buy a much more expensive chair.My only criticism is that the arms of the chair are fixed by two points and so subsequently 'wobble' a little bit, other than that it's a fantastic office/computer chair.
