Beautiful color, long cord, gets hot.

I order the Mutilplx Heated Eye Mask to help with severe dry eyes. The Mutilplx Heated Eye Mask I ordered heated up fast and was comfortable and adjustable. It almost came as advertised. The 1 issue I had with it was that the eye mask timer did not work. If I set the timer for a 15 minute therapy session it may stay on for 2 to 5 minutes if that long before it randomly cut itself off. Sometimes when it powers off I would have to unplug it and plug it in again before it would power back on. I contacted Amazon through their return process and I requested a replacement because I really liked the comfort and adjustability and the fact that it heated up quickly. My new mask arrived a day or 2 later but to my surprise, it was not a new mask. The package was sealed but the Eye mask in the box was not packaged like the 1st one I ordered and when I looked closer at the mask, there was someone's hairs on it, several of them. I have no words to express how disappointed and disgusted I am. I requested a refund through the Amazon return process

Tried this eye mask in December '24 and it quit working by August '25 ~ just stopped heating. I liked many things about it, mainly that it gets good and hot and the timer goes up to 30 minutes ~ it takes a lot to get the built up oils in my glands to release. A problem I had with it is it felt like there were two little hard squares pushing on my eyeballs ~ my eyes are swollen and a bit bulged as a result of my issues and the mask pressure made them uncomfortable. Loosening the tension on the strap didn't help this because then it wouldn't stay firmly in place. Also the cord is a pain and too short if you wear it to sleep and are trying to get situated it can pull you back. Would appreciate a different fabric than the bright cheap blue velvet, but that wouldn't be a game changer really if the mask continued to work. So, it's just okay and if you don't mind throwing things away and getting a new one, it's a pretty good price ~ but I won't be buying it again. Back on the hunt for the perfect mask.
