I've got a pretty weird/complex setup on my desk - 5 monitors, two docking stations (fed by two different laptops,) and a desktop. The monitors all have multiple "out" ports - USB-C, display ports, and HDMI. The docking stations and my PC graphics card all have weird mixes of what they'll accept to drive all those monitors. (I sometimes want each of them to drive all the monitors, sometimes two for two of them with one off, sometime 2 for 2 with my center for the desktop - it just depends on what I'm doing at the time.) Bottom line is that all the monitors are plugged into both docking stations and the PC - which means I do a lot of converting. These converters have saved the day for me! All of the devices will only accept 1 HDMI input - so I have to convert a lot of my HDMI into DisplayPort. These things do the job!

Pretty much what I expected, I didn’t realize when ordering that these are HD only and don’t support newer HDMI versions for 4K output. But thats my own fault!

Design beats the previous with a short lead instead of a long adapter. Design enables you to route wires more efficiently, great deal considering it was a two pack.

Excellent solution to connecting

I purchased this for my godson to connect his new screen to his PC as it had a different HDMI port. It was easy to install, and it added speed to the games that he plays. The power source is the computer, but it will take time to see how the heat level is as he just got it. The cable is very sturdy, and it fits the length that he need to connect it. It is a good value for the money.

Super adaptateurs DisplayPort vers HDMI. Parfaits si vous n'avez pas assez de ports HDMI sur votre PC. Ils fonctionnent très bien, l'installation est simple et la qualité d'image est au rendez-vous. Je recommande.

Your use case may differ but for me this was a headache to find out! My GPU has 1x HDMI and 3x DP (DisplayPort). My main gaming monitor already uses the HDMI and my 2 side monitors only has HDMI so I had to buy this adapter. However! As seen in the photo (not mine), the 20th pin sends power. I did NOT know this as many probably won't know either. I was having BOOT up issues. I did a lot of troubleshooting like checking the RAM, loose connections between cables, replacing my PSU, replugging in GPU and CPU. It would only BOOT every so often. Only to have luckily found a thread on reddit about this issue. NOT all cables are made properly apparently. SO if you have multiple monitors like myself and it's not booting up properly this MAY be the culprit. I ended up taping up the 20th pin as shown in the picture and it worked for me. As I said, your situation may be different but I was glad to finally fix the issues. I was stressing for an entire week wondering which of my components weren't working.
