Excellent modern re imagining of a classic design
I was looking about for shears to hand shear a very nervous, very large and strong male Llama who would not tolerate the buzz of electric shears. I cant fault these Darlac shears. Brilliant design with a modern reimagining of the classic steel bow shear. Very refined design with high quality soft grip handles and even a little sliding safety clasp to keep the blades closed when not in use. Very sharp SK5 Japanese carbon steel blades. Very quiet cutting action (the Llama remained calm!) Top notch for the money, buy them with confidence

Wish I'd bought these years ago.
My dad had a bush that he trimmed with standard shears. Since his passing, I've been trying to keep the bush in shape but find shears a rather over the top solution. Bought these to see if they would make life easier and they have, massively. Really wish I'd had these years ago. Maintenance of the bush is now simple.

A Great Item, but Delivery just dreadful!
The product is great - however the delivery wasn't. I am informed that the product was handed to me.THIS IS NOT TRUE! It was found at the bottom of my driveway thrown in the hedge! I have a covered porch and we are here all the time. Obviously the delivery person was just too lazy to drive or walk to the door. Come on Amazon sort it out! You could do with some training by the Ocado drivers - they are excellent.

Very handy
They take a bit of getting used to but certainly worked well around grass edge etc. Need some hand strength so no good for arthritic sufferers.

I've always used small electric trimmers for my Topairys why haven't I discovered these beauties love how precise you can get far better shapes and sharper edges
