Perfect
This band fits perfect. There is a trick to get this watch and to fit perfect. It's a pain but it's simple. Insert the metal "lug" into the watchband. Then insert the watchband pins into the watch and and the top of the metal "lug" on each band. DO NOT insert the screw pins into the bottom on the metal "lugs" yet. Attach the watchbands to the watch case. Rock the watchbands side to side and back and forth to seat all 4 ends of the watchband pins into the watch case. The bands and the metal "lugs" should fit flush to the watch case. Then insert the screw pins into the watch band and through the bottom of the metal "lugs". Screw the screw pins completely and you are done.The band fits just as good as the origional Invicta band.

Works just fine though fit isn't perfect.
Rating 5 stars because it works, it's inexpensive and the $100 replacement strap I purchased direct from invicta broke in less than 10 hours of sitting in watch box (never got to wear it) this strap does not have an exact fit but it's close enough and I can finally wear my watch. So, 5 stars and I'm happy. Just do not expect the perfect o.e. fit.

Just get an original
Did not fit exactly like original, it does the job - But not sure, how it will last. The Jeweler had to re-drill the holes. because the band popped off, like 5 minutes after he gave it to me. I was just holding it in my hand, did not luckily even leave the building yet. I had to take it back, and he kept it for another day to fix it. Just go back to Invicta!

This does fit M#16155 Invicta Venom reserve
This band was $110.00 on the Invicta website & even worse, they were out of them lol Thru a little research, I found this one for $25.00 and it looks & fit perfectly!!! The only problem was that it came over a week late from when it was supposed to be here and it took a very experienced jeweler almost an hour to change the band out... As soon as he saw which watch I had he was like "crap" I hate these, they take forever, not sure why but none of that stuff takes away from this nice replacement at a much less cost.

Poor Construction
In the first picture you will notice the large gaps, highlighted, between the strap and the lug area, which to just over an eighth of a inch wide. The second picture shows what is actually in an authentic Invicta strap at the lug area and build into the rubber. It is a hard plastic which adds strength, at the lug area, and holds the spring bars in a fixed spacing so that the strap can be properly installed. The CACA version of the Invicta Venom strap has no such feature.
