Fab piece of kit Juice Max
This is quite heavy and about the size of my S21 Ultra but 3 times as thick. However it packs a punch. It came almost fully charged. I made sure to complete the charge before using. The instructions tell you to completely charge and discharge 3 to 4 times before using... I took that to mean let the power bank FULLY discharge (charge things) then FULLY recharge to capacity 3 or 4 times BEFORE you can top up the charge for the power bank from say 50% (which is what most people do) . So that is what I did...I managed to fully recharge (from about 15 percent) my S21 Ultra 3 times, my daughters A52 from 10 percent, plus 2 overnight charges (I'd say say 50 percent each); the power bank finally ran out doing the next charge in the car. So all in all out was at least 4 to 5 charges of a big smart phone. I suspect 7 Charges of a smaller phone is just about doable. For speed, it displayed fast charge using the USB-C and USB-A ports. No different to my wall charger. Not quite Super Fast Charge speed, but still fast none the less. Slows down with 2 devices charging simultaneously as you'd expect. The unit itself takes 9hrs to charge do bear that in mind. Also the charging cable supplied is a micro USB and is tiny, so make sure the plug socket is near ground (see photo)! The Cable supplied is designed to charge the Power Bank NOT your phone. In fact the micro USB port is IN only (cannot use to charge your phone). You can use the USB-C port to charge power bank as that port is a 2 way port if you need a longer cable than supplied. As it happened my kindle charges using micro USB so thankfully I have a longer Micro USB cable to hand. Both USB-A ports are OUT only. There are 4 display lights indicating how charged the unit it is. 4 solid lights indicates fully charged. 1 light indicates 25% remaining. Flashing last LED means it's about to run out.So my first impressions are solid kit that performs well and keeps you with power without have to keep recharging it up for a good 5 charges of big smart phone. So I'd like to think on holiday or days out where your taking tons of family photos you'll have more that enough back up power for a family.I am taking this beast on Honeymoon next month so shall update it's performance then if I remember.

Exactly what we needed.
When this is full it can charge a few phones from empty to full. The cable that came with it is almost useless as it's about 3" long.

Compact and Powerful Charging Companion!
I recently got my hands on the Juice Power Bank Max, and it has quickly become an indispensable part of my daily routine. This power bank impressed me right from the start with its compact size and lightweight design. It's incredibly easy to carry around, making it perfect for both daily use and travel. One of the standout features of this power bank is its impressive capacity. With a high-capacity battery, I no longer worry about my devices running out of juice during the day. It easily charges my smartphone, tablet, and even my wireless earbuds multiple times on a single charge, which is a huge convenience. What I love most about the Juice Power Bank Max is its ability to charge multiple devices simultaneously. The multiple output ports come in handy when I'm traveling with friends or family, and we all need to charge our devices. It's a real time-saver!The convenience of being able to charge this power bank itself with either a USB-C or micro-USB cable is another bonus. It ensures I can power it up using various charging options, which is very convenient.Overall, the Juice Power Bank Max is a fantastic addition to anyone's tech arsenal. It combines a sleek design, ample capacity, and the ability to charge multiple devices, all while maintaining a portable form factor. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable and versatile power bank.

Just keep checking the charge
I love this battery pack as its the smallest one I've had with a big charge. As of writingf I have a Samsung A20e and thus pack is the same size if not smaller so it easily fits in my pocket. Charges my phone about 4-5 times which is great if you play pokemon go as it'll keep your phone charged all day.Only issue I've had is I've noticed when I don't use it for a while it tends to lose a little bit of charge and in emergencies can be annoying.Tldr. Great purchase just use regularly and check the charge on it every now and again.

Incredible
Upon first purchase, I expected it to be falsely marketed or cheap. I am blown away by the quality and the battery life. Unobtrusively small, easily fit into my everyday-carry bag, and incredibly robust. I'm not certain about the claims of seven charges, but it's reliably served me over a week-long camping holiday and I've even managed to squeeze a full charge of my laptop out of it. Highly recommended, and I'll be passing along the info to friends.

Life saver
Bought this to take on holiday and have not stopped using it since, it takes a while to charge but the battery lasts for ages, I usually charge my phone and one other device at the same time (ipad or switch) and can do this a few times.

Won't switch off, lights flash until empty
It takes several hours to fully charge this unit. Once charged, the LED lights continue to flash and it just sits on the shelf and runs itself down over the course of a couple of days. Pressing the button has no effect.I used the fully charged unit to recharge my phone last weekend, which it did using only 25% of its stored power, but because it won't switch off, the other 75% of stored power has just drained away in 2 days sitting on the shelf. If i want to use it again next weekend I would have to fully charge it for hours and then let 75% of that charge dribble away. Wasteful. I assume the on/off switch is faulty.
