It’s developed a crack across the front top edge where there is absolutely no weight/pressure applied from normal use,Only the bottom front edge of the plastic seat touches it in this area.Sorrento Bathrooms have said this is due to normal use and have said I could have a slight discount off another new one and the crack is due to normal use.
